this was the one part of the build i knew i would have. i settled on a 30×20 lot in newcrest for the time being. in this part we finish the exterior of the house 🙂 note on use of custom. we fix the problem we had with the fence 🙂 🙂 note on use of custom content: i know not everyone likes that i use custom content. In this part of let's build a house in the sims 4 house we already finish the shape of the house, which i personally think turned out to be pretty awesome :d.
